Pusat Bandar Damansara, also known as Damansara Town Centre, is a well-established and affluent business hub surrounded by clusters of skyscrapers and commercial buildings. Originally developed in the 1980s, the area has undergone much transformation in the last decade and continues to grow with the addition of new office towers. Key to this transformation was the addition of the Pusat Bandar Damansara MRT Station. In its earlier years, Pusat Damansara was occupied by government offices, private corporations and a University College but in the later years most of the government offices has since moved to Putrajaya. New developments such as Pavilion Damansara Heights and Damansara City has transformed the area and gave it a modern upmarket vibe. 

Pusat Bandar Damansara is strategically located between the prestigious neighborhoods of Damansara Heights and Bangsar. It is nearby to popular shopping destinations like Bangsar Shopping Centre (BSC) and Bangsar Village II. In terms of connectivity, Pusat Bandar Damansara is easily accessible via Sprint Highway, Jalan Beringin, and Jalan Maarof. The area is well-served by a comprehensive network of roads, allowing quick access to  major highways and arteries.
